Quantum Vibe
A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly 100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.
Not-Safe dot Kickstarter [ May 6, 2024 ]
The big news this week is that Scott is preparing to launch a Kickstarter for his other comic, the very much NSFW Not-Safe.Space.
This over-sized (8.5 x 11-inch), 48 page book contains Chapter 1 of this naughty sci-fi spin-off, featuring Eithne Lamdagan, who happens to be Alyss Roaz' 7th-great granddaughter, in case you didn't know.
The story picks up roughly 2 years after QUANTUM VIBE: Assimulation left off, as Eithne and her K'Tagon boyfriend Ralff, wander through the Galaxy of the Gamer Godz, playing as the CUSH Queen, working to re-balance a real-life RPG that her travelling companion Hugo Galvez left in a bit of a mess.
Only instead of Eithne's CUSH turning people into techno-zombies, as the Godz originally intended, Eithne wants to make them techno-Succubi/Incubi, spreading what she calls an "Erogene" factor rendering them too busy making love, to make war. And of course, Eithne gets wrapped up in her work.

Panel 1The pair are near the inn entrance.
Mustache: Okay, seriously, if there’s no room for us here, we can find a manger.
Giant: Will there be rats there?

Just on the threshold, the pair encounter a large-busted woman with close-cropped hair. They both pause in surprise.
Woman: {Gasp!}
Mustache: {Gasp!}
Giant: !!!

Same shot, now we see the woman is Quirós and the men are Li and William, under their respective holo-disguises.

The woman quickly pulls out her zinger and shoots at both of the men, who are too burdened by their bags to react as quickly.
SFX: Zing! Zing!
Mustache: Gaah!

Li collapses, clutching his belly, while the woman runs past. William eases Li’s collapse.
William: Oh shit! Li!!
Li: I’ve had worse.
Li: GET THAT BITCH

Quirós stops short as William, now revealed in his armor, lands on the ground having lept over her.
