Quantum Vibe
A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly 100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.
Kickstarter successful and closed [ May 19, 2026 ]
The Kickstarter campaign for Not-Safe.Space Chapter 3 concluded successfully on April 21, and Scott extended the time allowed for late pledges until May 19.
Books have been ordered from the printer and Scott will be spending the next week or so setting up and sending the PDF files to those who asked for them.
(There are still six of you who have not responded to the survey asking for e-mail and snail-mail addresses, he'll do the best he can.)

Panel 1George walks away from the rest of the group, waving farewell. Hari and Nicole wave back.
George: I'll have the documents for Ms. Beltran ready by tomorrow morning.
George: In the meantime, I have other clients to tend to.
Hari: So long, George.

Claud in the center, flanked by Hari and Antigone.
Hari: Aren't you still a marked man? I could get you some help, you know.
Claud: Thas okay, Aill be fyn.
Antigone: Are you sure?

Hari: You know, I'm no Luddite, but I think this holographic technology has gotten way out of hand.
Antigone: Me too.

Now it's Antigone's turn to go, she walks away from the group and waves.
Hari: Can we give you a lift, Ms. Stone?
Antigone: No, I'm good. The S&HR office is only a couple of blocks from here, and I need to file a report.
Nicole: Good-bye, Antigone.

Inside Hari's limo, Hari, Seamus, Nicole and Buford.
Hari: I know it's only mid-afternoon but there's an excellent Brazilian-style restaurant in my building, if anyone's interested in dinner.
Nicole: Real food? Count me in.
Buford: Yes, please.

Nicole: So how soon do we leave Luna?
Seamus: Tomorrow afternoon, as soon as we get Ms. Beltran's travel papers.

Nicole: Hari, you've been great, but I hope you understand why I'm anxious to leave this rock.
Hari: Quite all right, my dear. Lately I've been having similar thoughts.
