A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly
100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five
centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various
off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The
story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along
with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues
with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.
Quantum Vibe: Château Périlleux Now On Sale! [ Oct 31, 2019 ]
How does a society without a formal government deal with crime and criminal conspiracies? In the far-future space-city known as Bubbleopolis, they do it with a mixture of wit, grit, and a culture based on rolling up one's sleeves and doing what must be done. Diana Martelli, a recent arrival, likes to call it compassionate individualism.
Big Head Press announces the release of the latest graphic novel in the QUANTUM VIBE series: Château Périlleux, in which young Diana is tasked with finding out who killed a supposedly un-killable android -- and uncovers a conspiracy which shakes the very foundations of the city and its culture.
Available now direct from Big Head Press.

OUR STORY THUS FAR (PART 2)
Meanwhile, on the planet Huoxing (Mars), Po Xu-Ke, oldest known human and Seamus' best friend, was breathing his last.
Po was attended by his beloved, the bound concubine Veronica, who'd been with him for a century. He promised that when he died she'd get part of his great fortune and her freedom.
Veronica loved Po, and would not leave him while he lived. But after he died, a pair of greedy nephews determined his promise to her would not be fulfilled.
During her sun-dive, Nicole had set off a pattern of nuclear explosions, which were recorded at various points throughout the solar system. Their first stop for the data retrieval was a remote station orbiting Venus.
On that excursion they were attacked by a larger craft, which attempted to capture them. The ship was believed to have been sent by the East Terran mercorp, Wokka-Dng-Hoy.
Whoever sent that ship learned the hard way, not to mess with Dr. Seamus O'Murchadha.
Also at Venus, Nicole and Seamus stopped in the floating Pellucidar Station to visit Nicole's mom, Vanessa Oresme, who works as part of a project to terraform that hot-house planet.
This is how Nicole learned that Seamus was a genetic donor as well as consultant to the osmotic cloning project which had produced her.
