Quantum Vibe
A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly 100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.

UPDATE: There has been some strange glitch in the Kickstarter launch, so Scott is cancelling the campaign temporarily and will re-start as soon the cause of the problem can be determined and corrected.

Transcript For Strip 1014
Panel 1Brigid descends into a stark terrain.
Murphy (from ship): The surface is an uninteresting jumble of silicates and oxidized common metals.
Murphy: But inside, more useful metals and just enough water-ice to support a small installation.
Panel 2
A large door in the ground has opened, revealing an underground hangar. Brigid descends into it.
Murphy: Five years ago Seamus sent an automated fab kit with an expert-system.
Murphy: It built a shielded underground installation for us.
Panel 3
Inside the control cabin, Nicole and Murphy.
Nicole: An expert-system? Not an A.I.?
Murphy: A sapient intelligence stuck out here for years on end?
Murphy: You're getting callous in your old age, Nicole.
Panel 4
Nicole and Murphy walk along an enclosed gangway that has extended out from a side of the hangar to the ship.
Nicole: It's freezing here!
Murphy: The pressure environment was kept chilled pending our arrival. It will get more comfortable soon.
