Quantum Vibe
A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly
100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five
centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various
off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The
story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along
with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues
with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.
Indiegogo Campaign Has Begun! [ Nov 10, 2024 ]
Second times a charm. The epic QUANTUM VIBE: This Means War story concludes with Part 3, and we require funds to publish a print volume. To sweeten the pot a bit, a 3 pack of the print and PDF copies of all three parts of the This Means War story is a new perk. The stickers and magnet add-ons for the Project for a Free Cosmos concept (explained in the story) are available. And one final incentive for the first 20 who get there first, an add-on for a Free Cosmos Project coaster (1 per perk).
The campaign starts today, Sunday, November 10th, and will conclude in 31 days.

Panel 1
Exterior view of the L5-City. It is an enormous, jumbled complex of artificial habitats orbiting at the Terra-Luna Lagrange 5 point.
Caption: L5-City
Nicole (from somewhere in the City): No, Mom, I'm still working at Audio-Chrome.
Panel 2
Inside a concourse within one of the city habitats. A dazzling, almost incomprehensible jumble of shapes, platforms, railings, and people (themselves often of weird shapes) some of whom are flying through the open spaces in their Bubbs. Somewhere in the midst of this is Nicole, riding in her Bubb.
Nicole: They give me flex-time, so I can attend Philbert's shows.
Panel 3
Full-length shot of Nicole gliding along in her Bubb. She has one palm placed along-side her face, with her fingertips over her ear, indicating she's having a tele-convo with someone (her Mom) via her 'Plant. The hand gesture is more a social habit than a technical requirement – it's so people don't think you're talking to yourself. We can see some other people flying by in their own Bubbs.
Nicole: Yes. No. Yes, I'm still covering expenses for both of us.
Panel 4
Medium close-up on Nicole, her hand aside her face, rolling her eyes in annoyance.
Nicole: He's going to be a big hit real soon, Mom, you should hear him perform.
Panel 5
Full-length shot of Nicole flying away from us, into what looks like a major traffic zone of flying Bubbs – something like an aerial turnpike, with no pedestrians.
Nicole: {sigh} Mom, we've been over this a hundred times already.
Panel 6
Medium shot of Nicole flying in her Bubb, we can see other people in their Bubs flying along all sides of her in a fairly tight formation.
Nicole: It's not that I don't appreciate the education you paid for.
Panel 7
Medium close-up on Nicole, she's grimmacing and has her eyes shut for a moment as she contains her frustration.
Nicole: Mom, no … Mom, will you listen?
Panel 8
Suddenly Nicole's Bubb stops in a chain collision with the other Bubs in front and behind. The Bubs instantly expand to contain their users, cushioning the impacts and preventing harm.
