Quantum Vibe
A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly 100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.

Panel 1Nicole at her workstation again. This time dressed in Anysuit-generated casual clothing, still working away. Murphy has come up behind her, carrying a sandwich and a coffee mug.
Caption: Hour 58:
Murphy: Still at it?
Nicole: I nearly have this worked out. I'm just stuck on this one transform, can't get it to work.
Panel 2
Murphy leans forward to peer at the screen while Nicole takes a bit from the sandwich.
Murphy: Hmmmmm ….
Murphy: I think that fourth root of negative 5 should be 5 factoral.
Nicole: Mmmf?

Nicole taps her keyboard triumphantly as Murphy stands back, bemused.
Nicole: That's it! How did I miss that?
Nicole: Murphy, you're a genius!

Murphy: Was there any question?
