Quantum Vibe
A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly
100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five
centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various
off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The
story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along
with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues
with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.
Not-Safe.Space Kickstarter! [ Mar 9, 2026 ]
UPDATE to the UPDATE: The problem has been solved, all rewards are now available. I've extended the campaign an extra day, to April 21. Thanks for bearing with me!
UPDATE: There has been some strange glitch in the Kickstarter launch, so Scott is cancelling the campaign temporarily and will re-start as soon the cause of the problem can be determined and corrected.
Scott is gearing-up for his third Not-Safe.Space Kickstarter campaign!
(Not-Safe.Space is Scott's sexy spin-off of QUANTUM VIBE.)
For those of you who haven't signed up for one of the NSFW Patreon tiers, this will be the best way to get in on the action for a very reasonable price.
Go to THIS link. The campaign starts March 16 and runs through April 20.
Panel 1
Exterior of the shuttle still docked to the Staisiún.
Pilot (from inside the shuttle): We are ready to un-dock.
Seamus (from inside shutttle): Pilot, please hold.
Seamus: Nicole, you should now have an integrated visual interface
Panel 2
Inside the shuttle, looking over Nicole's shoulder at 'Watson.' The display screen shows something like an astrogational display, with a central reticle and various icons. It has a 3-D effect so that the display appears a bit in front of Watson's surface.
Nicole: Yeah, I've got a nav display screen going, not too different from the Helio-Flyer's.
Seamus: Good, good. Now, expand the range out to 100 megameters.
Panel 3
Looking through the 3-D display effect at Nicole peering back into it. A large sphere filling about a third of the space represents Venus. There are tiny icons and arcing lines all about.
Nicole: Geez! Venus has a lot of traffic!
Seamus (OP): Now lay in our course to Ishtar Station and see if any of those vectors intersect.
Panel 4
Side-shot of Nicole on the left looking at her display, and Seamus on the right looking puzzled.
Nicole: Not a one. We're clear all the way to Ishtar.
Seamus: Strange. I was sure I'd find them at this point.
