Quantum Vibe
A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly 100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.

Panel 1In one smooth motion, Bald Man flings a tiny, flying gadget from an inside vest pocket which soars off in the direction of the chase.
Bald Man: Dang. My budget couldn't permit flight gear.
Bald Man: Except for this little spy-guy, my fly-on-the-wall.
Bald Man: I hope it can keep up.
Panel 2
Up ahead, we see Zondra leading Albert and behind Albert, Orange Hair
Orange Hair (thought): If Albert's target looks back, she'll see both of us.
Orange Hair: This might screw things up for him. I have to be more discreet.
Panel 3A
Wide panel: Orange Hair shimmers and becomes Jesús Hernandez.
Orange Hair / Jesús: I guess a flying land-whale is the opposite of discreet.

Jesús becomes nearly invisible;
Jesús: I hope this 'chameleon' holo works.

Suddenly Jesús is entangled in a flock of seagull-sized birds ('siegels') (feet not webbed, it hunts land critters) that has blundered into him.
