Quantum Vibe
A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly 100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.

UPDATE: There has been some strange glitch in the Kickstarter launch, so Scott is cancelling the campaign temporarily and will re-start as soon the cause of the problem can be determined and corrected.

Transcript For Strip 2338
Panel 1Eva Jeanne zooms around the Segundo Azul, past the wreckage of some snappers she just blasted.
Michael (from EJ): Another wave popping-in, 10 bogeys 400 meters at 128-mark-31.
Alyss: (from EJ): This is getting tiresome, Michael.
Panel 2
Aboard the Eva Jeanne, Alyss is on the bridge, which has been reconfigured a bit since Venus 23. Michael is represented by a holographic head floating next to her.
Alyss: The enemy keeps sending more and more troops and light fighters.
Michael: The fact they haven’t sent larger craft supports your theory that they’ve set up a gateway inside the city.
Panel 3
Another angle on Alyss and Michael.
Alyss: So far, an un-confirmed theory. As well as my theory of where that gateway is.
Michael: The Intergalactic Council legation. You could just blow it to smithereens with your proton cannon.
Panel 4
Cut to exterior. EJ is blasting some more Snappers.
Alyss (from EJ): Not without a writ from a highly-placed Arbiter.
Alyss: Last time I went out guns a-blazing it cost me a large chunk of money, and would have been a much bigger chunk if I’d turned out to be wrong about De Castries.

Some more ships the size of EJ pop into the area. Michael, Allys and Mitch Stauder (from one of the newcoming cruisers.
Michael (from EJ): There … no, four new friendlies have joined us.
Stauder: Parr-Tay! Parr-Tay!
Allys: Great! Now I can go ...
Panel 6
Cut to the EJ bridge, Allys and Michael.
Michael: SchildHaus has just sent a new S.O.S.
Alyss: {sigh} I guess I can just go back to defending the Shield House.
