Quantum Vibe
A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly 100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.

UPDATE: There has been some strange glitch in the Kickstarter launch, so Scott is cancelling the campaign temporarily and will re-start as soon the cause of the problem can be determined and corrected.

Transcript For Strip 2370
Panel 1Li’s ship glides through a broad tunnel. They pass another one going the opposite way.
Li: (from inside ship) I recommend you put on your battle-suit and your cloak, William.
William: Won’t I stand out? I’ll be almost 2 ½ meters tall.
Panel 2
But before emerging into the domed crater interior, the ship starts to drop through a shaft that has appeared just before the tunnel’s end.
Li: (from inside ship): Trust me, on Azmodo a tall sumbitch in a capote is a lot less noticeable than a bionic boa on a golden flying basket.
Panel 3
The ship proceeds forward through another broad tunnel that has a series of berths most of which contain other spacecraft of various types.
William: Well, if it’s a ‘capote’ then I don’t feel quite so declassé wearing it.
Li: That’s the spirit.
Panel 4
Cut scene: William and Li are emerging from a broad gate leading from the berths area. William is wearing a dark, ankle length cloak. What bits of the battle suit can be seen are a dull black. Likewise what we see of his face is black – pretty much just eyes and teeth.
William: Do you know where to find this contact of yours?
Li: Well, in a manner of speaking, yes.
Panel 5
The pair stroll down a more narrow, busy corridor full of shop entrances, signage. A lot of other people are wearing cloaks or facial coverings.
William: ‘In a manner of speaking?’ Don’t speak in riddles with me.
Li: What I mean is while I don’t exactly know where to find my contacts ...
Panel 6
William and Li enter a shop front with signage indicating it’s a bar with a nautical theme: ‘The Poop Deck’ complete with image of a peg-legged pirate.
Li: … I know a place where they will find me.
William: I guess I shouldn’t be surprised.
