Dark plans fall like thunderbolts.
A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly
100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five
centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various
off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The
story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along
with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues
with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.

William ducks down into the armor, leaving the helmet resting in the neck-hole.
Zondra: Stupid lizard, you think you can hide from me inside that armor?
Zondra: With your shield gone I can easily punch a hole ...
The chest-plate of the armor pops open and William erupts from it, head-butting Zondra in the face and knocking her back. Her sauce-pan ‘helmet’ goes flying.
Split panel: In the first part, close-up on Zondra’s feet slipping in the food-mess on the floor.
In the second part, Zondra falls back onto the overturned table, conking her noggin on the edge
William quickly coils himself around the dazed Zondra
William: My name is William. Francisco. Inigo. Montoya.
He squeezes her hard, unable to breathe, her face turns a reddish-purple ash she frantically struggles against his coils.
William: You … mmf! -- killed my father. Prepare to die!
Zondra falls limp, her face now ash-grey. William looks behind him at the order window with the on-lookers. One of them blurts out the punch-line.
