Quantum Vibe
A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly
100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five
centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various
off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The
story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along
with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues
with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.
QV on a short break [ Jul 15, 2026 ]
QUANTUM VIVE is taking a break for a few weeks, as we prepare for Part 2 of the Novo Palermo story, and also for a Kickstarter campaign for Part 1, which will start in September.
In the meantime, Not-Safe.Space will continue, as a murder mystery begins and the relationship between Eithne and Diana develops in unexpected directions.
Not-Safe.Space is a NSFW strip but more than half the pages are SFW so I've set those to *not* require a Patreon membership. Readers should be able to follow the story without seeing the NSFW pages. If I've done this right.
Panel 1
Our protagonists continue ambling through the science museum.
Murphy: Mr. Situ, would it be too forward of me to ask how you and Seamus met?
Li: Not at all, and please call me Li.
Panel 2
Closer 4-shot on our protagonists:
Li: It was through a mutual friend. Seamus ...
Li: I'd better give you some background.
Li: I was born 86 years ago here on Ganymede, though my parents were both from Luna ...
Panel 3
Flashback scene: Young blue-collar family in their kitchen. Older boy (about 7) and younger sister is a toddler. Things are a bit cramped but everyone looks comfortable.
Li (caption): 'Dad was brought in to help manage ore processing, and mom came with him and was a daycare provider before I and my sister came along.'
Panel 4
Back to the now. Murphy and Li as Seamus and Nicole look on.
Murphy: Your mother –? I thought company policy was not to bring wives or very many women.
Li: What? Oh, a couple or three hundred years ago, maybe, but not in the 480s.
Li: Trosberg is nearly as old as L5 City. Just not as populated.
