Quantum Vibe
A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly
100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five
centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various
off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The
story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along
with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues
with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.

The Not-Safe-Space 2 Kickstarter Campaign has ended successfully. Thanks to all who pledged!
Now we get to wait 2 weeks while Kickstarter transmits the funds, and Scott can order the books, and send surveys to backers to get current e-mail addresses for the .PDF versions and mailing addresses for the physical books.
Panel 1
Exterior shot of the Cissonius, rocketing through space. Jupiter is a small crescent in the background.
Caption: 30 million klicks distant:
Electronic voice (from within the boat): My darling, I'm thrilled to hear you made it safely off Ganymede – such dens of villainy, those OmegaTek colonies!
Panel 2
Seamus in his cabin, stretched out on his bunk, reading his Screen, Watson.
Electronic voice from Watson: You might not wish to hear this, but I'm also glad you left that … robot girlfriend of yours behind.
Voice: You don't need to be going around with a walking sex-toy, Seamus.
Panel 3
Looking over Seamus' shoulder at Watson's face, we see the face of Johanna Diamondi, speaking.
Johanna: After all, we're publicly engaged, and people will talk.
Johanna: Besides, in only 66 days we'll be together, and I'll demand your full attention, lover-boy.
Panel 4
Medium close-up on Seamus, as he views the video-message. He looks a bit troubled.
Johanna: Of course your assistant, Nicole, will be more than welcome when you arrive.
Johanna: She's practically family, after all, and I'm sure we'll have some great conversations while she's visiting here.
