Quantum Vibe
A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly
100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five
centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various
off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The
story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along
with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues
with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.

Panel 1
Fernandes walking along a quiet street, in the foreground, glancing anxiously over his shoulder. Two shadowy figures follow about 30 meters behind.
Caption: 'Farnsworth had anticipated that his role in the nuclear attacks would be discovered, which is why he changed his identity.
Caption: 'He had not reckoned with the tenacity or skill of some of those motivated to bring him to justice.'
Panel 2
A meeting hall – classical architecture, columns, a raised dias upon which robed figures sit, more figures standing on the floor before them. Everyone wears robes/capes so it's hard to distinguish genders or ethnicities.
Caption: 'Surviving Israelites, Christians and Arab Muslims alike united under the sponsorship of the Catholic Church and established a new order, dedicated to tracking down Farnsworth:
Caption: 'They called themselves 'The Children of Armageddon.'
Panel 3
A trio of tough-looking types are interrogating the fellow we saw earlier who gave Farnsworth his new face.
Caption: 'CoA agents spread around the world, tracking down every possible lead.
Caption: 'Most were dead-ends, but eventually they found the surgeon who had given Farnsworth his new face.'
Panel 4
Fernandes, suitcases in hand, walking briskly through an airport concourse.
Caption: 'They nearly caught up with him in Belém but he was one step ahead of them.
Caption: 'Using forged travel documents, he zig-zagged all across South America, never staying in one city more than three days.'
