A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly 100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.

Panel 1Bok and Boney are standing near the same wall where they've met before. Bok is handing boney a small object (the device from Zander) in a bag.
Boney: So this is it?
Bok: As ordered, good sir.
Boney: Very funny. Is it tested?

Boney has pulled the gadget out of the bag and is examining it.
Bok: It will unlock and re-lock a buggy.
Bok: More than that can't be tested now, as you well know.
Boney: Yeah, of course.
Bok: My tech guy says it would be helpful if he could meet with your other friend.

Boney puts the gadget back in the bag.
Boney: That is so not happening, you know that.
Bok: Well, will you ask anyway? I promised him ...
