Quantum Vibe
A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly
100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five
centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various
off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The
story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along
with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues
with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.
Kickstarter successful and closed [ May 19, 2026 ]
The Kickstarter campaign for Not-Safe.Space Chapter 3 concluded successfully on April 21, and Scott extended the time allowed for late pledges until May 19.

(There are still six of you who have not responded to the survey asking for e-mail and snail-mail addresses, he'll do the best he can.)
Panel 1
Looking ast Nicole at Seamus, who is pointing to his right eye.
Seamus: Do you remember how we acquired the data we needed at Staisiún Étaín, via our occular implants?
Nicole: Yeah, that's kind of hard to forget.
Panel 2
Close-up on Seamus, still pointing at his right eye.
Seamus: These Farraday crowns prevent me from sending by radio-link you the equations you need to have, but I can still send to your retinal implant via the micro-laser I have implanted in my right eye.
Seamus: It's puny compared with the interface at Étaín, but enough to send this little bit of data.
Seamus: So, come closer please.
Panel 3
Nicole moves to less than a meter from Seamus' face. They stare directly at one anothers' eyes. We see a tiny beam flash from Seamus' right eye to Nicole's left eye.
Seamus: That's it, now hold still a second …
SFX: blip!
Panel 4
Nicole rocks back on her ankles, looking slightly dazed and slightly amazed.
Nicole: Ok, so, uh … huh.
Nicole (small font): oh, wow
