Quantum Vibe
A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly
100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five
centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various
off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The
story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along
with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues
with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.

Books have been ordered from the printer and Scott will be spending the next week or so setting up and sending the PDF files to those who asked for them.
(There are still six of you who have not responded to the survey asking for e-mail and snail-mail addresses, he'll do the best he can.)
Panel 1
The giant iron asteroid from strips 010-012 zooms by.
Caption: The iron asteroid pops up near Star Gamma of the Five-Star system.
Caption: It carries with it the same momentum towards the local gravity well as it had from the system from which it Displaced.
Panel 2
The asteroid swerves around Star Gamma and continues onward.
Caption: Using its on-board gravity drive, the asteroid arcs around the star, rather than diving into it.
Caption: It is now on-course for the Five Suns' barycenter.
Panel 3
The asteroid plummets towards its destination.
Caption: It passes within less than a million klicks from PS-187, but remains undetected.
Panel 4
The asteroid smashes into Bubbleopolis, creating a huge explosion.
Caption: One hundred seventy seconds later, it smashes into one of the Borvonite spheres protecting Bubbleopolis.
Caption: The impact releases more than 252 Septillion Joules of energy. Or, more than four Chicxulub meteor impacts.
