Quantum Vibe
A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly 100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.

Enforcer: Go shuck yourself.

The Ninja stands again, looking put-out.
Ninja: You are bleeding out, you idiot.
Ninja: Without immediate aid, you will die.

The Enforcer's face is a mask of pain as he speaks through gritted teeth.
Enforcer: I ain't talkin, got it?
Enforcer: Do your worst.

The ninja has produced some sort of high-teck pistol and is pointing it at the Enforcer. What looks like a bolt of lightning leaps from the gun and envelops the target.
Ninja: Sorry, I always do my best.
SFX: SPRAANNGGG!!!
