Quantum Vibe
A thousand years in the future, humanity has colonized worlds in nearly
100 galaxies, thanks to Quantum Vibremonic technologies developed five
centuries earlier. Other new technologies have created various
off-shoots of humanity and extended life expectancies five-fold. The
story begins with how a mad scientist and his plucky assistant, along
with their robot friend, brought humanity to the stars, and continues
with the adventures of some unique people in fantastic places.

Panel 1
Hernandez is introducing Pandora and Nicole. The women seem to instinctively sense one another as rivals.
Hernandez: This Nicole Oresme, who you might remember is the famous 'Sun-Diver Girl.'
Hernandez: In fact, as I recall you were the one who told me about her, Pandora.
Panel 2
Pandora and Nicole shake hands, sizing one another up.
Pandora: Ah, Ms. Oresme, yes I have heard so much about you. And your troubles on Luna.
Nicole: You have me at a disadvantage, then, because Jesús never said a word about you, until now.
Panel 3
Pandora smiles a serpent's smile. Hernandez realizes the drama unfolding.
Pandora: I suppose that remark might sting, but we are under Need-to-know rules.
Pandora: However no one has explained to me why I need to know you.
Panel 4
Hernandez tries to put his foot down. The women simply watch each other warily.
Hernandez: You need to know each other because you are both important to me.
Hernandez: And, I need you to be able to work together.
Hernandez: And that's all you need to know.
